Nina was a beautiful, substantial bitch who did me proud in the show ring and at obedience, agility and Rally. Nina died in August 2015 after catching a superbug, chlostridium perfringens, which she could not fight off. At 11¼ she was still fantastically fit with no signs of arthritis, DCM or cancer and virtually no grey hairs. Nina was the mother of the Grafmax Jazz litter (including Bel, Neth Ch Grafmax Louis Armstrong ShCM RL1Ex, Crufts BOB 2013), the Grafmax Bond Girl litter, and the Grafmax Ballet litter (including Grafmax Ninette de Valois and Grafmax Rudolf Nureyev). All litters were sired by Martin and Jay Horgan’s Int, Lux Ch Aritaur Histabraq SchH3. Nina is also grandmother to the 2017 Crufts Best Puppy in Breed, Grafmax Roberto Alagna.

 

Nina was vWD clear and had tested clear of DCM on two occasions.
