Nina gave birth to six pups (4 female, 2 male) on 13-14 January.
They will be ready to go to their new homes about 9 March. They
will be hereditarily clear of vWD. Most are already reserved, so
contact Grafmax Dobes early if you may be interested in having a
puppy.
She has now produced three litters, on 14 May 2009 (the Jazz litter),
6 July 2011 (the Bond Girl litter) and January 2012 (the Ballet
litter). Click here

All three litters are by Martin and Jay Horgan's Lux Ch Aritaur
Histabraq SchH3 (Bracco). As well as his Luxembourg champion designation
and other show successes here and abroad, he has the Schutzhund
3 working qualification. Bracco is from the Aritaur kennel, Top
Breeders for Dobermanns in 2007 and runner-up Top Breeders in 2009.
He is litter brother to Ch/Ir Ch Aritaur Hipnotique, who was the
2008 Crufts BOB and the all-time highest-winning Dobermann bitch.
Bracco is the result of a mating
between Europa Jugend Siegerin, Ned Ch, Lux & Bel W Aritaur
Dominatrix and Int/Multi/Russian Ch Tamerlan iz Slavnoi Stai, thus
bringing a new bloodline to the UK. Dominatrix and Tamerlan were,
respectively, Top Brood Bitch (all Working Group) for 2008 and Top
Stud Dog 2008 on the strength of the ‘H’ litter.
Bracco and Nina are both trained to a high level in obedience and
agility. As well as Bracco's Schutzhund 3, Nina is at the advanced
level in obedience in SWDTBC training school and has a number of
firsts and places in obedience - the first win being within a week
of reaching 6 months.
Both Bracco and Nina are clear of von Willebrand's disease (vWD),
one of the major genetic health problems with Dobermanns. The puppies
are therefore hereditarily clear of vWD. Bracco and Nina have both
also tested clear for dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in March 2010
and August 2009 respectively. Both parents have super temperaments
and are tried and tested around children. They both like nothing
more than being cuddled and stroked.
